The title is the same as the booklet, Körper, Liebe, Doktorspiele. Another website states that the pamphlets were recalled in Germany but have.

Started by dirndldudette7 Dec Posted 7 Dec Whilst looking for something else, I stumbled across a horrible article about pre-school sex education in Germany on this website – http: This sex-ed isn’t the version Americans traditionally think of-featuring birth control education and explanations of the reproductive system. Germany’s non-optional curriculum includes helpful songs to teach your preschooler not to be afraid to masturbate.

In addition, in one government brochure finally recalled and condemned by at least some leaders after years of availability fathers were encouraged to give their daughter’s vagina pet names like “honey pot” and not to neglect the caressing of vagina and clitoris which for some reason were neglected in daily care, leading to a loss of sexual pride in the daughter, according to this brochure “Booklets from a subsidiary of the German government’s Ministry for Family Affairs encourage parents to sexually massage their children as young as 1 to 3 years of age.

Their caresses too seldom pertain to these regions, while this is the only way the girls can develop a sense of pride in their sex,” reads the booklet regarding year olds. The authors rationalize, “The child touches all parts of their father’s body, sometimes arousing him. The father should do the same. Another product of the BZgA is a song book aimed at children of four and slightly older which includes several songs espousing masturbation.

The song-book entitled “Nose, belly and bum” includes one song with the following lyrics: I have a vagina, because I am a girl. Vagina is not only for peeing.

“Körper, Liebe, Doktorspiele”: Von der Leyen stoppt umstrittene Aufklärungsbroschüre

When I touch it, I feel a pleasant tingle. It’s still available free online on different websites. The songs are still available for pdf download on the main government sex ed website, along with an incredible play for preschoolers to age six featuring a hairy blue phallic bear and the fairy who was afraid to touch him because something bad might happen. Don’t worry- she touches him. While the current German sex ed guide for Kindergarteners doesn’t explicitly say families should get in on the action, it does identify infants as sexual beings and makes it painfully clear that children in day care or kindergarten should be allowed to experiment with sex in the doll corner, encouraged to masturbate without limits- presumably even the limit of “in private” is too much- and expected to ask questions traditionally associated with pre-teens in the US- unless they’ve been “repressed” by their parents.

The official BZgA government brochure states: This is expressed in insecurity, inhibitions and anxiety about nakedness and body contact.

The underlying reasons can be rooted in family socialisation. Children are quick to realise that the genital area is to be shut out.

They sense reticence in their parents, even when it is communicated non-verbally. Children can respond by repressing sexuality or only by pursuing their sexual needs secretly for fear of being found out. The thinking is clear here.

If you’re not on board with teaching very young children about sex, or ignore their genitals and don’t allow unlimited masturbation, you’re a fundamentalist repressive dinosaur. Your child will grow up with a complex. What are we recommending here? Why aren’t the parents doing anything?

They tried and found their hands are tied because their government ratified the Convention of the Rights of the Child, the positive- sounding UN amendment that unfortunately appears to take away the rights of parents and give governments that sign ultimate say in matters relating to child-raising and education.

When the parents try to protest this, they’re told their children have a “right of education”. Some in Germany have gone to jail rather than subject their children to this “right”. And if parents occasionally have a guarded reaction to the subject or voice the opinion that their child is too young for sex education, these doktorspieke should not be prematurely dismissed, but rather taken as an opportunity to initiate a discussion with parents about the dokyorspiele of doktosrpiele sexuality.

Parental insecurities often mask lisbe question of whether their child’s sexual behaviour is “normal”. The parent-teacher evening can thus be used to address the diverse questions, anxieties roktorspiele insecurities of parents I stumbled across a complete load of horse-shit written by a raving bonkers American campaigner out to make a headline or two.

Big clue do,torspiele it ain’t in mainland Europe. There’s this one about Switzerland – “Sex box” given to Swiss kindergarten kids. Is this taking sex education too far? Whatsername must be referring to the so-called Kindergartenbox that is used for sex education in kindergartens. It’s locked for copy paste so I can’t get the text into google translate, I’ll try muddle through with my rubbish German though. Has there been anything about Germany and how sex education is taught in the kinderkrippes and kindergartens here?

My kids are older, 15 and 18, but when they were in kindergarten there was no sex education.

Körper, Liebe, Doktorspiele

It started in third grade and was very, very tame. In high school they keper into more detail and also had a week long AIDS workshop. Nothing like what the good doctor is describing. Sorry, it was actually fourth grade.

I’m just reading now that it’s part doktorpiele the Lower Saxony Sachunterricht curriculum and covers how a baby is conceived and born, human anatomy and stages of growth and maturity, similarities and differences between boys and girls and children, youths and adults.

No touchy-feely lisbe at all. Yes, we had some gender education last year in 2nd grade. Mostly that girls and boys could have the same expectations. Nothing so far in 3rd and nothing now in kita either.

Was the entire quote necessary to ask whether something so ridiculous could be true? Sex ed the real thing is usually handled in schools in 5th to 7th grade, around the same time as drug preventive programs and the nowadays common kick-em-in-the-balls training for the girls.

Usually a bit earlier in Hauptschulen than in Gymnasien and Realschulen. Bit late of course, considering kids giggle about Bravo’s Dr. Sommer pages around 3rd to 4th grade. At least it was that way doktorspele ago. The brochure the article in the OP umm Of course taking things entirely out of context and spinning them differently to further the author’s agenda. For example the “unlimited masturbation” thing is probably taken from a suggestion that if you catch your young, kindergarten-age kid masturbating or krrper not adhering to certain adult standards in a situation that’s awkward or seems inappropriate for you then it’s perfectly okay if you set up borders by telling the kid to either not do this in such a situation or that that’s something the kid should do in private in their room the author apparently spins a “tell the kid to go masturbate” from this suggestion.

The BzGA had them in their repertoire from todokforspiele after someone filed a lawsuit about their content the Ministry removed them. The above “Liebevoll begleiten” brochure is the official successor to both of them.

The whole affair was loebe major topic back in latejust google for the name of the original brochure and their author, Ina-Maria Phillips. It was also a religious topic btw, since the author works for a protestant charity and especially catholic fundamentalists were outraged. The Sun also regurgitated the whole thing in when lisbe leftover copies cropped up in Switzerland. I didn’t find anything in English to say that this had been resolved, only recognition that it had been an issue in Germany as well as with the american crazies.

It’s great to hear from someone who knows the background and understands what the issue was. Posted 8 Dec The link you posted gives the pro-homeschooling section of a pretty whacky conspiracy forum as the original source of this bizarre article so I can see how they would jump all over stuff like this. The article posted in that forum also attacks German for it’s homeschool policies and trots out the Nazis in the comments.

I believe there is already a recent thread on this exact same topic. Yes, I think there was. Whilst looking for something else, I stumbled across a Thanks MrNosey – that was exactly what I was thinking.
